2. Documentation Requirements To be eligible for our money-back guarantee, you MUST:
- Share meal photos with your assigned dietitian regularly throughout the program
- Share daily walking/exercise step photos as requested
- Maintain 75% compliance rate – meaning 75% of total required meal and walking step photos must be shared by the end of your package
- Attend all scheduled consultations and follow-ups
3. Timeline
- Money-back claims must be initiated within 7 days of package completion
- The guarantee applies only after your complete diet package expires
- Partial completion of packages does not qualify for money-back guarantee
4. Evaluation Process
